Arrival and Pick up: Pet parent must arrive on time. There is only a 10 min grace period. If you’re running late you need to call and let me know you are running behind it may result in a late fee($10) every 10 min you don’t arrive .

-Picking up on time is crucial as we dont have any cages at all to keep your pet anywhere. We will give you a 30 minute heads up to make sure you are on your way . It would be $10 every 10 minutes you are not there for pick up .

-We are a cage free salon and doing 1 on 1 so being able to arrive and pick up on time is crucial. This ensure that the groomer isnt backed up and doesnt rush through your appointment.

Deposit: First time customers have to leave a deposit 50% of the services. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and will have to leave another deposit if it is cancelled the same day. Repeated cancellations last minute (same day) will result in full payment of the service before booking the tappointment. If last minute cancellation occurs service will be terminated and will no longer serviced as a customer . NO EXCEPTIONS!

Cancellations : You have 48 hours to cancel your appointment . This ensure someone else to book an appointment. Last minute cancellation may result to a cancellation fee due to lost of money.

Matting Fee: If your pet comes in with matted hair it will be shaved. Its only best to start all over because trying to brush out the knots out is very painful for your pet and may be traumatizing.

Stoping the service : I have the right to stop any service being done for the safety of your pet.

Questions and answers :

How often should your dog be groomed?

-Depending on what kind of haircut you get we always recommend 4-6 weeks, the most 8 weeks. This is to make sure your dog is comfortable with grooming and get use to everything. As well as maintaining their coat making sure there are no knots .

What should I do at home to make sure my dog isnt matted ?

-Always brush and comb out their fur everyday. If you wash your pet at home always dry fully and comb right after to ensure that the hair isnt matted. If there are knots in their coat do not wash them as that makes it a lot worse.

What vaccines are required?

-Updated rabies a copy or can email it to me.

When can my puppy get a full haircut ?

-If you just got a puppy my recommendation is to start them off with a puppy trim this is NOT a full body haircut but just trimming around their face, sanitary, and paw pads. This is to slowly introduce them to the sound of the clipper, the process of washing them, drying them and brushing and combing. This way they arent traumatized when it comes to the grooming process rather enjoy it and be comfortable.
